

St. Severin´s history is closely interwoven with ou monasteries, where cheese has been a tradition for many centuries. The soft red cultured cheese is a highlight in the development of the collection of recipes left to us. St. Severin is considered the patron saint against hunger and was one of the people responsible for bringing Christianity and culture to our country.
