Dolce Bianca soft cheese with double mould
Schärdinger Dolce Bianca blends the mild mushroom aroma of fine white mould with the piquant flavour of blue veining. The combination of these two cultures yields a smooth melting soft cheese with a dusting of fine white mould and blue-green veining throughout. Dolce Bianca is only available from the cheese counter and its flawless layer of white mould makes it a feast for the eyes on any cheese platter.
