Doret
Schärdinger Doret is an exquisite Austrian full-fat cheese with a mildly buttery, slightly sour flavour. The cheese has a soft, velvety yet solid texture (in some cases with small round eyes). A layer of yellow wax protects the cheese from becoming dry. Schärdinger Doret´s mild taste makes it perfect both for snacking or for breakfast buffets. Doret is sold in 330 g packages on the self-service shelf and in approx. 1.7 kg blocks from the delicatessen counter.
