Schärdinger churned butter is a cultured butter with a very smooth melting texture. It gets its fresh, mildly aromatic butter taste from the cream´s special ripening process. Like all Schärdinger products, our churned butter is made from 100 % Austrian milk. Schärdinger churned butter is available in 250 g foil packaging.
