

Schärdinger yogurt cheese – light enjoyment with a rich, full taste. We refine the taste of our full-fat cheese by adding 13 % yogurt to make our Schärdinger yogurt cheese. The result is a soft, velvety cheese with a finely acidic aroma and a gentle hint of yogurt, making it the ideal companion for fresh fruits and salads. Our yogurt cheese is a good source of calcium and is lactose-free*. It can be found on the self-service dairy shelf (150 g slices and 310 g whole) and can be cut from the 2.5 kg blocks available at the delicatessen counter.
