

Our Berggraf is an authentic Upper Austrian treat: The semi-hard, foil-ripened cheese with a solid texture and a pleasantly mild flavour is manufactured at our plant in Feldkirchen and is excellently suited as a snack cheese and for cheese platters. It has an absolute fat content of 13 %, is lactose-free* and is an important source of calcium. Berggraf is available from the 3 kg blocks at the delicatessen counter.
