

Schärdinger herb cheese is a smooth semi-hard cheese with a herb crust. This semi-hard cheese matures for four weeks at the traditional dairy in Voitsberg, Styria and is rolled in herbs (chives and parsley) by hand. This gives the cheese its fresh, balanced herb aroma. Schärdinger herb cheese is available whole from the 1 kg blocks at the delicatessen counter and is exceptionally well-suited for cheese platters and buffets, for snacking or simply on bread.
