Smoked cheese
The spicy aroma of this semi-hard cheese peppered with fine eyes is achieved through a natural smoking process. The cheese is smoked over beechwood for several hours. Its soft, smooth texture and distinctive smoky flavour make this cheese ideal for a hearty snack, a tasty sandwich or a rustic cheese board. The smoked cheese tastes best when brought to room temperature before serving. Smoked cheese is available in 150 g slice packages, in 500 g half wheels and 1 kg wheels from the self-service shelf.
