

Kracher is a hearty, spicy fine mould cheese from Styria refined in a special process with Beerenauslese, a quality wine made from select grapes, from the Alois Kracher cellars (Burgenland), so that the noble sweet wine permeates the surface and bonds with the cheese. The result is a richly nuanced interplay of spice and sweetness. It has an appearance similar to fine ivory with a emerald green marbling. Kracher stands out thanks to its delicate aroma, creaminess and unique taste of fine mould, combined with the fruitiness of noble sweet grapes.
