

Schärdinger Bio Bergfex is an authentic Austrian mountain cheese, made from the best Styrian organic milk. This cheese ripens over a period of four to six months, giving it its aromatic and tangy to piquant flavour. It has a smooth texture with the occasional round eye and a characteristic ivory-like colour. Bio Bergfex unites a tangy and powerful flavour with a smooth, soft-melting texture. Schärdinger Bio Bergfex is available cut whole from approx. 6 kg blocks from the delicatessen counter.
