Old Vienna-style curd cheese with 20% F.i.D.M. is very versatile and especially well-suited for preparing traditional curd cheese dishes such as curd cheese dumplings, strudel or Liptauer spread. With its crumbly consistency, it gives your curd cheese dishes a wonderfully fluffy texture and a delightful flavour. Available in 500g containers.
