Schärdinger Bergbaron, Austria's most popular cheese - which has already received the coveted "Käsekaiser" award seven times - is bringing two fresh smoked speciality variations to dairy shelves.

A characteristic feature of this new cheese is its slightly sweet Bergbaron note and mild smoked flavour. Smoked Bergbaron is excellently suited for hearty snacks and many warm dishes as well.
