Milk and more

Kefir

Kefir (from the Turkish köpürmek = froth, foam) is a viscous, carbonated milk product that originated in the Caucuses and Tibet, where it is considered “the drink of the centenarians” and a true fountain of youth. Though this claim may be slightly exaggerated, one thing is for sure: Schärdinger Kefir tastes great and has a high feel-good factor. It is best enjoyed on its own, with muesli, porridge or cereal for breakfast, or in a smoothie with fruit as a snack between meals.
