Schärdinger´s fresh, lightly acidic tasting buttermilk is produced by adding what are known as butter cultures. The unique feature of the buttermilk itself is its low fat content and the nearly complete content of valuable nutrients in the milk along with its lightly tingling taste. Schärdinger´s lightly tingling buttermilk is available in 0.5 l packages with 0.9 % fat.
