Boldly spicy semi-hard cheese with a reddish, naturally ripened surface and semi-solid texture with a narrow eye structure. Cheese connoisseurs appreciate the soft texture with its narrow eye structure and the red culture refined flavour of this spicy cheese. Recommended wines: White wines with rich bouquets and a variety of extracts such as a bold Neuburg, Chardonnay or a full-bodied red wine (e.g. Merlot). Cutting method: Split the half wheel in half. Cut one of the quarters into approx. five equally sized corners. Use a Kullenschliff cheese knife or an etched blade.
